Universal three colour unit provides extra colour facility with
minimum loss of pages capacity. This unit can print:
· Three colour on one side
of the web or
· Two colour on out side
of the web and one colour inside or
· One colour on inside
of the web and two colour on outside.
Three
colour unit comprises of three printing couples, surrounding
a common impression cylinder.
Four
colour one side can be printed when one blanket to blanket stack
unit mounted on the top of three colour unit.
Three
colour unit is equipped with 100% zero continuous feed inking
system with an oscilating drum between first and second form
rollers to ensure even and smooth coverage of ink.
Easy of operation and super printing quality are special reasons
for its having an edge over other machines.
Can
be synchronised with any model & any make of web offset
machine.
The
Design of machine based on 30000 copies per hour, there is no
change if we synchronise with other machine of any speed.
A provision of I.R. drier in 3 colour machine for printing three
colour or four colour on glazed paper.
24 manually adjustable leavers through a single piece of ink
blad adjustment as an opional feature.
A
provision of motorised Dampening, Inking side registration,
circumferentialy adjustment, automatic water circulating system,
brush Demping system & Pneumatic controls provided inthree
colour machine are optional features.
